Marine veteran, Sean Silvera, is an outdoor enthusiast who loves traveling off the beaten path. Whether heโs on his motorcycle or in his overland truck camper, he enjoys being out on the road and getting away from the busyness of everyday life. Sean is also a certified Baptiste Yoga influencer who owns Baptiste Power Yoga in San Francisco. Heโs passionate about the physical and mental benefits of yoga and loves helping veterans struggling with PTSD through the Veterans Yoga Project and Prison Yoga Project.
