ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the lower 48 United States only. Must be 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Battle Born Batteries, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, distributors, merchants involved in this giveaway, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.

ENTRY

The giveaway runs from 12/13/2024 to 12/24/2024 and includes daily giveaways. Follow the daily instructions provided in our Instagram Stories or posts for entry.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Winners will be selected at random (except for Day 10, which is based on the best comment). Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message by @BattleBornBatteries. Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim their prize or an alternate winner may be selected.

PRIZE SHIPPING

All prizes will be shipped to winners in the lower 48 United States at no cost to the recipient. Battle Born Batteries is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the winner.
