Returns
If an item is new, unused, and in the original packaging, we will accept a return up to 30 days from the original invoice date with no restocking fee. If you need to make a return between 30 and 60 days from the original invoice date you will be charged a 30% restocking fee. Returns are not accepted after 60 days from the date of invoice, and we do not accept returns of used products, products without their original packaging, or products purchased from any third party seller.
All returns require an RMA number and a copy of the original receipt or invoice. Any product returned without this information will not be processed.Â
We require ALL batteries to be returned on a pallet, and we can provide the return shipping materials necessary at your expense. Â
You are responsible for any shipping costs to return items to Dragonfly Energy Corp. Once received, a refund will be issued in the amount of the purchase, less all applicable shipping costs and restocking fees.Â
For warranties, once this form is completed, a Warranty Specialist will be in contact with you.
For returns, once this form is completed, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please write this number on the outside of the box and ship to:

Any package without an RMA number will be refused.
You will be responsible for any return shipping cost unless noted otherwise.
All returns must be sent in original packaging or a packaging fee may be added.
If a repair is done, you will be responsible for the labor and parts.

Return Shipping Method
Dragonfly Energy Corp. requires you keep your original packaging to ensure a safe return to our facility.  We strongly recommend you fully ensure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged in transit. We also recommend you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. Remember to keep your tracking number as well, just in case. For any battery returns of 6 (six) batteries or more, or one of the larger batteries (BB8D or BBGC3), you will be required to return the batteries on a pallet.Â
Any shipment which arrives damaged will be immediately refused or will be held at the warehouse until the customer pays for return shipping or files an insurance claim. You are responsible for return shipping and handling and any claims that may arise, including lost shipments. There are no exceptions.Â
