Returns

If an item is new, unused, and in the original packaging, we will accept a return up to 30 days from the original invoice date with no restocking fee. If you need to make a return between 30 and 60 days from the original invoice date you will be charged a 30% restocking fee. Returns are not accepted after 60 days from the date of invoice, and we do not accept returns of used products, products without their original packaging, or products purchased from any third party seller.

All returns require an RMA number and a copy of the original receipt or invoice. Any product returned without this information will not be processed. 

We require ALL batteries to be returned on a pallet, and we can provide the return shipping materials necessary at your expense. You are responsible for any shipping costs to return items to Dragonfly Energy Corp. Once received, a refund will be issued in the amount of the purchase, less all applicable shipping costs and restocking fees. 

For warranties, once this form is completed, a Warranty Specialist will be in contact with you.

For returns, once this form is completed, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please write this number on the outside of the box and ship to:

Any package without an RMA number will be refused.

You will be responsible for any return shipping cost unless noted otherwise.

All returns must be sent in original packaging or a packaging fee may be added.

If a repair is done, you will be responsible for the labor and parts.

Return Shipping Method

Dragonfly Energy Corp. requires you keep your original packaging to ensure a safe return to our facility.  We strongly recommend you fully ensure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged in transit. We also recommend you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. Remember to keep your tracking number as well, just in case. For any battery returns of 6 (six) batteries or more, or one of the larger batteries (BB8D or BBGC3), you will be required to return the batteries on a pallet. 

Any shipment which arrives damaged will be immediately refused or will be held at the warehouse until the customer pays for return shipping or files an insurance claim. You are responsible for return shipping and handling and any claims that may arise, including lost shipments. There are no exceptions.

Battle Born products have a Limited Warranty for manufacturer’s defects. For the specific product warranty, please visit https://battlebornbatteries.com/blogs/product-resources.

We also provide warranty support for some third-party products sold by Dragonfly Energy (inverters, converters, chargers, etc.).

State and Local Sales Taxes

In accordance with applicable state and local laws, we are required to charge sales tax in localities where Battle Born Batteries has operations. Dragonfly Energy does not benefit from the collection of sales tax and we remit all taxes collected directly to the appropriate taxing jurisdiction.

As a general rule, it is the laws of the state of delivery that determine whether sales tax will be due on your transaction.

Taxes charged to your credit card will be calculated based on the applicable state and local sales taxes when your order is shipped.

The terms contained herein are subject to change as the taxation of online transactions is continually evolving. Dragonfly Energy strives to comply with state and local tax laws as they exist currently and continues to monitor and update its taxation policies as those laws change.

States Where Dragonfly Energy Collects Sales Taxes

Orders shipped to non-tax exempt states will have all applicable state and local sales tax added to your total order.

Jurisdictions Where Dragonfly Energy Does Not Collect Sales Taxes

Dragonfly Energy does not collect sales or use tax in all states. For states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase may be subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. Many states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year, reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed, and to pay the tax on those purchases.

You may have a tax obligation in states where Dragonfly Energy does not collect sales tax. Details of how to report these taxes may be found at the websites of your respective taxing jurisdictions.

We’ll match the price if you buy a qualifying item from Dragonfly Energy, through a phone order or online at battlebornbatteries.com, then find the identical item on sale for less at battlebornbatteries.com. Price matches may be requested within 7 days after purchase.

If you find a current lower price within 7 days after purchase, send us the proof and we will adjust your payment to the lower price, upon request. Dragonfly Energy price matches and adjustments are completed through phone at 855.292.2831 or email at info@battlebornbatteries.com.

Guidelines and Limitations 

The price for an item must be listed and valid at the time of match. If Dragonfly Energy is not able to verify the lower price, we may decline the request.

The item must be the identical item, brand name, size, weight, color, quantity and model number.

Exclusions

• • Clearance, closeout, liquidation sales, and “B-Stock” items.
• • Pricing due to typographical errors.
