Battle Born Batteries are built around lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄), one of the most stable lithium chemistries for deep-cycle use, and a built-in Battery Management System (BMS) that protects against the most common causes of battery failures: over/under-voltage, over-current, short circuits, and unsafe high or low temperatures.

Safety is also engineered into the pack itself. Our batteries use rugged cylindrical cells arranged in a supported layout designed to handle vibration and promote more even thermal performance in real-world mobile applications. Our enclosures also use flame-resistant, UL-recognized materials as an additional layer of protection.
